The other day a friend was kind enough to drop off some excess pumpkins.
These were intended mostly for the pigs but I decided that it would be nice to give the sheep a few as well—until I watched them eat one. I figured they would delicately nibble the edges and consume it over a matter of hours.
Oh hell no–they attacked it like a school of piranhas, smashing it to the ground with their heads and feet. A handful of sheep obliterated a 30 pound pumpkin in about 45 seconds…and then walked over to me looking like this to demand more. I fled in terror.
